We’re looking for a self-motivated, successful marketing manager who is eager to be a key leader in managing top-of-funnel pipeline goals and partner closely with the sales team to drive demand. You’ll be leading our top of funnel activity creating high volume demand for our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) offerings globally. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with both the creativity for effective demand generation and the analytical skills to prove ROI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic demand generation strategy for global sales across all channels
• Develop and execute quarterly/monthly plans to drive opportunities for net new logos, cross sell and upsell through event, digital and content marketing
• Develop an integrated marketing plan to support sales goals including digital strategy, multi-touch engagement initiatives and budget management
• Own demand generation marketing metrics and effectively communicate to leadership and other teams
• Work cross functionally with product marketing to develop and execute content marketing strategies that create and repurpose content for lead nurture and marketing programs
• Work cross functionally with sales to develop and maintain lead lifecycle and processes
• Develop and execute a customer marketing program with a focus on retention and cross sell

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years of demand generation experience
• Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce experience is required
• Strong communication skills for managing a team, and working cross functionally with other departments
• Proven analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and strong ability in critical thinking
• The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Being able to multitask while running at speed

• Travel up to 30%
