About The Role

We’re looking for someone to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team. As our Head of Sales (ANZ), you won’t JUST play a pivotal role in the company; you’ll also be the architect of our sales strategy, leading the charge for revenue growth in our largest region and crafting a global outbound pipeline that sets the industry on fire.

Team leadership crusade

• Take leadership and drive the New Zealand and Australian sales teams, sculpting their growth from 5 – 9 Account Executives by Q4 2024.
• Direct the Global Sales Development Team’s expansion from 2 – 7 SDRs, turning their impact into a global phenomenon.
• Infuse your leadership magic through people lead coaching and mentorship, supporting your sales teams beyond targets and KPIs.
• Elevate the experience with best-in-class training and onboarding, fostering a high-performance culture that ignites professional growth.

Sales strategy

• Craft exceptional and simple sales strategies, plans and objectives that not only meet but exceed our revenue growth plans.
• Shape our future by contributing to setting KPIs and metrics that redefine what success looks like.
• Dive into the sales team performance analytics, providing regular feedback and implementing support and bold actions when needed.

Skills that spark

• Collaborate, innovate and navigate cross-functionally with the flair of a trailblazer.
• Decode data like a maestro revealing insights that provide valuable insights that spark a fire in brand marketers.
• Captivate and tell compelling stories with your exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills that leave lasting impressions.

That’s the role, so who are you?

You’ll Be a Proven People Leader That Comes From a Solid Background In Smashing Targets And In-depth Industry Knowledge With Legendary Credentials Across The Following

• B2B sales leadership & the ability to navigate the realms of high growth, from Seed to Series B funding rounds.
• Ideally commercial experience across Brand and Brand Marketing.
• Innate understanding and capability weidling Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Going.io, Apollo.io, Chili Piper and Aircall-like technologies.

We’re looking for a real leader, someone who knows the immeasurable value of a great team and who has experience working and leading a high-growth business before (or from) Seed, through to Series B+ funding rounds. You’ll be excited at the prospect of this challenge and ready to jump in and swim with us.
