Are you Tracksuits new Insights Specialist?
As the newest member of the Tracksuit Research Team you’ll be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team who pride themselves on the consistency and integrity of our data. This tight-knit team are ambitious and driven to empower companies to use brand to drive success.
This role will see you supporting a regional team with date-to-day queries as well as supporting our customers while and collaborating with our global research team to create a consistent offering and data. As our Insights Specialist, you will work alongside out current local and global specialists while also providing valuable contribution to Research projects.
This is a specialist level, quantitive consumer research role where you will deliver actionable insights to our customers in a confident and experienced manner, directly supporting our Customer, Product and Sales teams.
Our Insights team ensures we build a dashboard first solution that delivers credible and digestible insights, and assists our customer navigate their date an advise on the ‘so what’ for customer to improve their brand health.
As our Insights Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Analysing brand tracking data and formulate insights to then skilfully communicate as a compelling story
- Working collaboratively with our Insights Leads and Insights Specialists to generate insight and 1-to-many reports
- Proposing new ways of cutting data that may be implemented in the Tracksuit dashboard, and work with our Product Team to develop these product improvements
- Providing input into the development of dashboard as well as inform insights into local trends and context across the AU and NZ markets
That’s the role, so who are you?
- You will bring the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills; communicating insights in a clear and digestible manner
- You have survey writing skills
- You have experience in quantitative primary research methodology
- You have at least 2+ years experience in an insights role
- Proven brand or consumer insights experience
- You will be a highly organised, methodical and process orientated person who understands how to prioritise
- You will have expert story telling skills
- A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture
- You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
