Trade Assist Hiring for Production Worker – Nightshift Job at Auckland Full Time

We’re on the hunt for 6 Production Workers to join our Can Lines Nightshift team come January 10th and onwards.

Based in Mount Wellington, this is a fantastic long term opportunity for those looking to develop and be apart of a globally recognised company with growth available.

The Role:
Working within a busy production area – this role will see you play a vital part in ensuring our teams production

• Machine Operation of our filler, packer and labelling machines
• Quality checking of product as it goes down the line
• Lifting up to 20kg (replenishing labels, boxes and removing faulty product from the line)
• Work within a close knit team to ensure the line runs smooth at all times.

The Roster:
6pm to 6am alternating between two weekly patterns:

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun (60 hours)
• Week 2: Wed & Thurs (24 hours)

• If you have a forklift license/a bit of experience then $23.73 per hour!

To be successful you ask?

• Able to interpret/record data and have an interest in working within a manufacturing environment
• Be able to work at pace and show a keen interest to learn
• Be physically fit – comfortable lifting up to 20kg and being on your feet across a 12-hour shift.
• Access to reliable transport
