We now need a Digital Designer to create and roll out content for our in-house recruitment team. We are elevating our brand presence and you’ll be an integral player within our team to ensure we are hitting all of our appropriate advertising channels.

We have 4 branches across New Zealand – Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. This role offers the opportunity to travel within these locations and work in a positive, upbeat environment.

So…what is it we are looking for? We are looking for a designer who loves variety to your role, is positive and incredibly motivated. Working within the recruitment world does mean you will be working directly with our Consultants, Resourcers, Management and on some occasions clients.

You occupy a hybrid role where you will work with digital, printed and social content. With a growing social presence, your role will primarily focus on our Social Media content creation and distribution, supported by digital projects and occasional printed collateral items.

Marketing responsibilities and primary duties:

• Manage social media accounts – ensure we are hitting all of our appropriate channels
• Content curation – working with our team of 25+ internal staff members to ensure we are creating engaging and exciting content!
• Community management – responding to our community on our different platforms
• Graphic/Digital design – Create visual and copy content for various mediums including social media, website, advertising and physical promotional elements
• Manage projects including web assets, social media, EDMS, designing content, visuals and a range of other marketing creative
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Shoot and edit content on occasion – we love to do work within our community, so pop along to our community BBQ’s and capture the love!

What do you need?

• Easy-going, upbeat and friendly personality
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Excellent understanding of digital design and the design process
• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge/experience in Figma, Mailchimp, Facebook Advertising would be a bonus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
