Trademark Staffing Hiring for Payroll Clerk Job at San Jose, CA Full Time

TRADEMARK STAFFING focuses on placing temporary, temp to hire, and long term placements in the Restoration and Construction marketplace.

Job Responsibilities;

• Processing of time sheets, calculating, changing or updating employee salary & deductions
• Processing certified payroll reports
• Processing EDD claims and garnishment paperwork
• Maintaining employee personnel files
• Some HR background a plus
• Some accounting experience helpful
• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Position Requirements;

• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee timekeeping and payroll processing
• Solid computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to communicate employee processes with facility management
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
