We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will work to identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of TradeWindow products, or uncover new issues to be resolved. Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, you will be customer obsessed, helping our customers improve their export operations. Overall, you will be responsible for retaining and growing customer accounts.
