Tradify Looking for Customer Support Specialist – ANZ at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Support Specialist with strong people skills to help us achieve our goal. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to our ANZ-based users via Zendesk, email, live chat and phone
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems reported by users
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
• Communicate any feature requests or bugs to the development team
• Work closely alongside our NZ Sales and Customer Success teams to provide support assistance when required to help our trialists get over the line, and to help onboard new customers.
• Work collaboratively to decrease churn and come up with new initiatives to help our existing customers succeed and grow
• Supporting our product and marketing teams with valuable customer insights
• Help improve our support function through the creation of content including FAQs, How-to Guides and Videos on our Knowledge Base.
• Work hours are split into two shifts 9 – 5.30 pm and 11 am – 7:30 pm. You will be required to work a minimum of 2 late shifts per week.

Requirements

• 1-2 years prior experience in a customer support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve with attention to detail
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Proficient in the use of computer software including CRM software
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for helping people
• The ability to work 2 late shifts per week, to service our ANZ customers
