New Troop (Initial Contact) Coordinator
Trail Life USA is rescuing Americaxe2x80x99s boys. We are Christ-centered, working in partnership with churches to build thriving ministries to men and boys. Youxe2x80x99ll have success here if you can do the following things:

• xe2x80x9cTriagexe2x80x9d inquiries, and move them (connect them) to the next resource (or person)
• Listen to verbal queues to determine interest level and where they are
• Help the inquirer take the next step (usually ordering a Welcome Kit)
• Document what you have discovered in the conversation
• Revise processes and procedures to make this even more effective
• Assist team members as needed

Required Skills

• Communicationxe2x80x94especially verbal (mostly short conversations, via phone or PC)
• Ability to multi-task (listen/talk, and take notes at the same time)
• Meeting with others remotely (using computers, Google and internal systems)
• Time Management
• Organization
• Scheduling and hosting brief online meetings

You will have a Team leader who:

Other Qualifications needed: Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
