Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Team Assistant:
Arrange meetings
Prepare reports
Do research on various subjects and provide material to teams to review
Organizing and facilitating all team members based on business & calendar requirements.
Take, write, and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
Maintain various group calendars and facilitate group meetings
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding issues for team members
Other duties assigned to ensure the smooth operations of teams
Required Skills & Competencies for Team Assistant:
Able to communicate in clear and concise language
Experience using MS PowerPoint and workflow/diagramming tools
Presentation skills
Interpersonal competencies
Multitasking
Time and priority management
Be pro-active in identifying areas where obstacles may need to be removed or actions facilitated
Be extremely well organized
Be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Tagalog a big advantage.
This position is remote. We are mandating remote employees have a minimum internet speed of 10 Download/5 Upload to be eligible for hire.
