Summary:
Our Service Team keeps satisfaction high by being real-time assistance with items that may impact our guest’s journey. Answer Customer’s questions and address issues directly impacted by Sunshine Flyer service and operations and in need of an immediate response. Provide a full range of support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Reports to Customer Service Manager.
