We are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic person to join our Palmerston North team. We are looking for an outgoing person who loves meeting people and going the extra mile.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers from all walks of life.

Cross Country Rentals is more than just a rental company boasting a wide range of vehicles and specialised transport services. We are a kiwi, family owned and operated company with branches throughout New Zealand.

With over 1000 vehicles nationwide, from small cars to large trucks and everything in between, we are never standing still!

The role:

• Greeting customers providing a great first impression
• Establishing and promoting long term relationships with our customers to deliver exceptional service
• Managing our booking system end to end including quotes and reservations through to invoicing
• Involvement in other areas of the operation when required

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering a high level of customer service
• Proficient Computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technology
• A natural ability to take pride in your work
• Have a great personality and a sense of humor
• Full NZ Driver’s License
• The willingness to be flexible and available to work weekends when required
