Job Summary

Are you energetic with a passion to help travelers? Travel Helpline is a 24×7 after-hours travel service provider. We are adding positions for Corporate Travel and Ticketing Agents. We currently have a team of agents working for us in NZ and we’re growing that team! If you are tired of going into an office and would love the opportunity to work from home, we are the company for you. These positions are part of a remote agent workforce

Applicants must have a minimum 1-2 years GDS experience with one GDS (Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo or Amadeus). You must exhibit proficiency within a corporate, environment to include international itineraries (worldwide), rate structures, full working knowledge of email, Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also have the right environment to work from home.
