Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary liaison between Infrastructure Team and the IT technical team
• Collaborate with product manager(s) and other IT Project Managers to develop and prioritize work backlog(s)
• Work collaboratively with technical leads to create project backlog estimates and release schedules
• Proactively monitor backlog(s) so requirements, resources, or infrastructure gaps for the highest priority User Stories are identified and resolved prior to the start of the next Sprint
• Review requirement documents to confirm completeness and adherence to stated business goals
• Review test plans/scripts to confirm completeness and traceability to the approved requirements
• Proactively work on system design solution with Solution Architect.
• Conduct analysis, and collaborate with internal and external business partners and IT team, as needed, to identify root cause and resolution of issues
• Manage contractual relationships with technical subcontractors and vendors, as required
• Provide oversight of and control processes for management of project scope, schedule and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in computer/technology-related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role in IT with cloud IAAS, preferably AWS
• 3-5 years’ experience in technical project management including experience in an Agile environment
• 3-5 years’ experience in integration project work
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• 2 years’ vendor management experience
• Experience with MS Project/Smartsheet, JIRA, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred, but not required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, but not required
• Experience in planning software upgrade projects
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Working knowledge of Mulesoft AnyPoint Platform preferred, but not required

Salary Range: In accordance with New York state law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and New York location associated with this requisition: $100,000 – $120,000. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
