We are seeking a full-time HR Coordinator professional to assist our HR Intern Program team in promoting/sourcing support activities. This role should genuinely passionate about working with people and has a deep interest in developing young/diverse talent.
Responsibilities:
Assist hiring managers with the job requisition creation process. Input necessary data into Applicant Tracking System as well as on career websites and universities boards
Pay impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
Assist HR director and the recruiter for sourcing to offer stage.
Assist TRC Interns with various HR related requests
Monitor, audit and communicate onboarding activities with HR Directors and Recruiters.
Assist in scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers, including phone, in-person and virtual (Team/Zoom) when required.
Create and distribute reports for Talent Acquisition and ensure accuracy of data.
Involve in outreach efforts to colleges and diverse organizations
Lead satisfaction surveys with interns and business leaders
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Ensure timely delivery of all tasks to recruiter and/or candidate
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
**THIS IS A REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY**
Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Knowledge and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships while able to communicate with all levels of management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a history of successful conflict resolution.
Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously with general direction.
Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
Ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Social Media Usages
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments.
Takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
Excellent customer focus (internal & external); Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Public Relations/Communications
Experience with ADP Recruiting Software a plus.
