What you’ll do
• Answer all inbound and outbound phone calls to customers.
• Enter orders into system by providing accurate addresses, phone numbers, quantity, etc.
• Utilize basic computer skills to maintain accuracy.
• Answer all email messages in a timely manner.
• Ability to use excel and any other type of Microsoft programs as needed.
