TRC Staffing Hiring for Receptionist Job at Raleigh, NC Full Time

• $18-20 p/h
• 8am-5pm schedule
• ACA compliant benefits package and weekly pay
• Vacation and Holiday pay based on hours worked

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Assist all callers with inquiries, department directions, or any issues as needed
• Greet and assist all visitors and document intake information from each
• Handle client and department communication via phone and email
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as making copies for attorneys, ordering lunch for office staff, handling office supply management, mail pickup, and scheduling

• Proven tenure in previous positions
• MUST have previous administrative, office, and customer support experience
• MUST be professional, courteous, and personable
• Experience with Microsoft Suite required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
