Medical Receptionist-Front Desk / Practice Associate

A full-time Medical Receptionist-Front Desk Associate is needed for busy pediatric practice 8:30AM -5:00 PM Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.

Responsibilities include check-in, registration, scheduling, verification of demographic information and collecting co-payments. Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments accommodating patient and provider needs. Assists with referrals and correspondence. Facilitates timely flow and proactively works to solve patient flow issues. Acts as liaison between patient and practice staff to ensure optimal flow and exceptional service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, have well developed time management skills and will be able to prioritize and manage workload efficiently, works well as part of a team, possess excellent communication and listening skills and ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment. Experience with EPIC a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
