We are looking for a personable and professional individual to join our front office as a Front Desk Receptionist. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking while responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and greeting individuals. The Front Desk Receptionist is an essential part of the team who helps set the tone when customers arrive to our facilities. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, a strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests
• Answer the front desk phone.
• Answer questions.
• Give back-up to other staff members as needed.
• Perform clerical work, such as filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, and e-mailing documents.
