Tribble Electric is currently seeking aCommercial Project Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Services Department. The Commercial Project Manager will be directly involved in the strategic goal-setting process, assisting the department and Tribble Electric to meet operational goals and achieve continued success in the future. What You’ll Do:
Demonstrate steady leadership over a team of commercial service technicians and admin staff.
Design and execute strategic commercial sales initiatives driving towards defined departmental goals.
Maintain clear and professional communication while interacting with customers.
Perform intake calls with clients to identify and understand the depth of their electrical needs.
Travel to active and potential job sites to assess the level of electrical need, document ongoing issues, and develop job materials lists.
Create detailed work orders/estimates for clients’ service calls.
Communicate with service department staff to ensure the accurate and efficient scheduling of service calls and addresses any questions surrounding the scope of work needing to be completed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Must be a qualified electrician with a background in small commercial and service type work.
Journeyman/Master card is preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience is required.
Must have experience estimating small commercial jobs of $25k and below.
What We Are Looking For:
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude in any situation.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
