About The Role
This is a huge role within The Collective business t hat will have direct access and collaboration with the SLT team from a strategic standpoint. You will drive growth across Foodstuffs North and South Island accounts through NPD launches, distribution, effective promotional strategies and fostering key relationships. The Field Sales team and a Key Account Executive report to this position and a key focus will be building engagement and high performance across the entire sales team. This is an agile business where decisions are made rapidly, and the Business Manager will work closely with the Sales Director to create and execute strategy across the head office and field. Strong commercial acumen, category analysis, pricing and promotional experience will be essential for this position. In addition, the right candidate c ould have the opportunity to progress into bigger and broader roles over time.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, commercial and analytical Senior Key Account Manager or Business Manager from the FMCG space to step up into a highly strategic Business Manager position with significant leadership responsibilities. Given the nature of the dynamic and high growth environment at The Collective, there will be substantial opportunities to broaden your cross functional experience and gain commercial exposure to multiple functions of the overall business.
