About The Role
Reporting into the CEO, the Chief Growth Officer is a pivotal role directly influencing the future of The Icehouse and is responsible for leading all activities related to delivering a growth strategy that is focused on new business sales, continuing journey sales, marketing & brand awareness, and high-impact partnerships.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop a clear, inspiring, and aligned sales and marketing strategy to grow the business, while leading & developing a high performing sales & marketing team (9 people) to execute this strategy.
This is a highly strategic and visible role both internally & externally and key to your success will be your ability to roll up your sleeve’s and get alongside your team to build commercial and sustainable relationships with customers & channel partners in order for the business to deliver on its long-term impact goal of a thriving New Zealand.
About You
We are looking for a highly intelligent and ambitious Sales & Marketing leader and people manager who is well networked and has experience delivering rapid and sustainable growth. You will ideally have the following.
