Tribe Recruitment Looking for EA to CEO at Albany, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This is a unique opportunity to work for an Albany based organisation in a role which supports a busy CEO. This company offers onsite parking, Southern Cross health insurance, an annual bonus, discounts with retailers and 2 days per year to volunteer for an organisation of choice. This role would suit somebody who has experience supporting a CEO and board of directors in a previous role.

About The Role

This role, with an international remit, is based in Albany North shore you will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship to a busy CEO.

Responsibilities Of The Role Include

• Managing the day-to-day activities and conflicting demands. In step with the CEO; his diary, forward planning and understanding his priorities.  
• Serving as the primary contact for internal and external queries to the CEO’s office and communicates on behalf of the CEO as required.
• Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
• Serves as the CEO’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors.
• Preparing papers, presentations, and reports and distributing meeting materials such as meeting minutes, investor relations, they meet every 2 nd month for board meetings, maintaining the board calendar.
• Event organisation and management
• Coordinates and/or oversees logistics for strategic meetings, workshops, and forums.

About You

• You will have EA experience supporting a CEO in a fast-paced organisation and experience supporting a board of directors.
• You will ideally have experience working in a publicly listed company- (this is a nice to have)
• You have a global mindset and experience working in global markets as you will be managing the CEO in multiple time zones.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and high emotional intelligence
• Excellent relationship building skills; you will be able to quickly understand our CEO to be able to anticipate support required.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in the MS office suite
