As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to leaders within a complex and important government department. You will work collaboratively with your peers to focus on exceptional service delivery, continuous improvement that will allow everything to deliver outstanding results, and enabling leaders.

In This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Provide expert HR advice on all things people related
• Proactively partnering with your stakeholders to further develop their leadership capability
• Work collaboratively across the wider HR team to develop and implement initiatives that crate a great culture, increase productivity and enables leaders
• Drive a strategic approach to partnering with the business and be seen as an enabler and trusted advisor
