About The Role

• Reporting into the Head of Client Success, you will lead a small regional team of Customer Success Managers and ensure the best possible service to customers with a view to supporting and growing strong, long-term relationships.
• You will be tasked with providing support and guidance to customers, including onboarding and induction, program planning and implementation (in partnership with Service Delivery Managers), invoicing, quarterly and annual reviews, digital onboarding and marketing.
• Internal reporting is key in this role.
• You will develop, maintain and review customer annual plans, quarterly reviews, customer deliverable schedules and invoicing.

About You

• You will have proven success in a Client/Customer Success, Account Manager, Relationship Manager role managing large accounts.
• You will have experience managing a team.
• You will have experience in client management process, from negotiation, onboarding, client reviews, upselling and renewing.
• You will excel at negotiating and interacting with SLT and key stakeholders in large businesses.
• You will also have a proven ability to provide effective analysis and reporting information.
