We are seeking an adaptable, highly motivated individual who can contribute their contract knowledge and skills to support revenue generation and continued growth of TriMark.
As part of a small but nimble full-service Legal Team, you will partner with legal colleagues and our internal clients to provide both buy-side and sell side contract support in a wide range of disciplines.
Responsibilities:

• Use your contract experience to provide practical guidance to business partners regarding key contract clauses as well as their potential and actual impact to the company.
• Under the direction of company counsel, review and revise a variety of commercial agreements, including hardware, software, professional services, SaaS, Design Purchase Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements, Procurement and Sales Agreements, and Stocking Agreements. Assist in the bid preparation and submittal process for customer projects.
• Assist in the ongoing design, build, and improvement of Legal Department processes and contract templates to keep pace with growth, while appropriately managing risk.
• Complete special projects as requested.

Education & Experience:

• BA or BS from a national or international university.
• 6+ years of experience as a Contract Specialist in a large company.
• Experience or familiarity with construction and/or commercial real estate/commercial leases is valued but not required.
