As a company, we strive to lead with our values and to support the success and sustainability of our customers so they can focus on their culinary pursuits.FULL TIME | HYBRID | BENEFITS INCLUDED (Medical, Dental, Vision, Pet & Legal Insurance)The Senior IT Support Analyst reports to the Vice President of Design Services, and is located in Winston-Salem, NC.POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior IT Support Analyst under limited supervision, provides leadership and coordination of projects consisting of management, users, IT staff, and vendors. Performs systems analyst activities and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. Responsible for travelling to remote sites for support and resolving escalated trouble/support calls received. This position is also responsible for communicating with the IT department and user community during all phases of resolving user calls and providing suggestions for improvement. Serves as a mentor or trainer for non-exempt IT personnel.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rotation schedule traveling to remote sites for routine support and maintenance.
• Receive and resolve escalated help desk management software tickets and answer help desk emails and phone calls free of assistance from manager.
• Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.
• Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications. Defines system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives.
• Coordinates the efforts of staff to locate, assess, install, test, and maintain computer software systems. Coordinates conversions and upgrades to vendor systems.
• Performs as a project lead and directs systems analysts. Provides leadership and coordination on projects assigned to systems analysts.
• In addition to all accountabilities of the Systems Analyst position, assumes greater leadership role, utilizing broader knowledge and high level technical skills.
• Assists in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of application systems.
• Continues to develop professional skills in the information systems and health care fields through trade magazines, manuals, seminars, and courses. Assist sin training analyst staff.
• Performs complex Senior Systems Analyst duties on a regular and continuous basis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Assist users with network connectivity and support
• Provide high-level support for Smartphone and tablet users
• Assist with special projects as assigned by IT Help Desk Manager
• Support the IT Support Analyst I on escalated issues
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

COMPETENCIES:

• Must have ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing systems analyst tasks. Some independent judgment required in setting priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects with little to no supervision.
• Must have ability to communicate, motivate, and organize projects among a broad spectrum of personnel throughout the network, frequently under deadline pressure.
• Ability to assemble, setup, repair, replace, and configure personal computers, Android tablets, iOS devices, printers, and scanners.
• Ability to effectively communicate (phone and in-person) with users at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

• This position requires the ability to travel when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree from accredited college/university with major coursework in Computer Science or related area; OR any equivalent of experience and training which provides required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Minimum of five years’ experience in systems analysis and/or programming required with project management or leadership responsibilities.
• 7+ years of Windows Operating System, Android and iOS System, Installed Enterprise level software, and remote access utilities
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Android and iOS devices
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
