The role of the Business Analyst will also includeadministering the platform while collaborating and working closely with theBusiness Systems team, the OneAg Business Area and Worldwide Sales Team,and Salesforce integration consultants.What You Will DoCoordinate integration processes between Salesforce and 3rd party systems,including existing customer facing platforms.Responsible reporting of divisional data analysis of processes to determineand recommend system information solutions, while considering businessobjectives and issues with continuous process improvement.Establish valued relationships with the OneAg sales organization andeffectively communicate changes to business area groups or functional areas.Promote adoption of the Salesforce platform within the sales organization byidentifying issues or challenges within the Trimble business process andprovide resolutions.Monitor results and best practices within each channel partner/dealer.Maintain Salesforce data integrity.Align and scale with company objectives as defined by the Trimble DigitalTransformation Salesforce strategy.Provide documentation and training for the sales and marketing teams withcurrent and new processes.Develop project plans and process models to ensure projects are completed onschedule and within budget.What Skills & Experience You Should BringAbility to use critical thinking skills to find creative solutions to resolvecomplex or difficult problems and prioritize next steps effectively.Background in business systems including Salesforce, Oracle, Domo/BItools, Google Suite.Experience with analytical software, reporting and tracking.Effective verbal, written communication, presentation skills, as well asreceptive listening within all levels of an organization.Focus on both long-term objectives and short- to medium-term execution.Knowledge of general business flows, business controls and efficientoperating procedures.Self starter who can work independently and collaborate on common goalsbetween cross-functional teams, while managing multiple projects.Strong relationship building skills with a customer focus.Understanding of the software development life cycle and relatedprocesses.Education / ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in implementing Salesforce preferably withpartner communitiesPreferred 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working withSalesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Consoles.Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems/equivalent or relativework experience.Process automation and project management experience.Experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be processdocumentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.Must Have SkillsSalesforce.com certification(s)Integration experience (e.g. using Mulesoft, Workato)Information For Your Review:The following links are recommended in order to b
