Trimlite Hiring for Order Entry/Customer Service Representative – Building/Manufacturing Job at Tacoma, WA Full Time

Summary:

Trimlite / CODEL is an international manufacturer of decorative doorlites, stile and rail doors and a wholesale distributor of doors, millwork and building materials. We are looking to fill our open position for an Order Entry Representative. This individual is critical to developing good relationships with customers while receiving incoming customer calls, placing orders, and addressing and troubleshooting customer quality concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Receive multiple inbound phone calls per day
• Review and enter customer purchase orders
• Provide updates to orders as needed
• Create and process order returns and credits
• Provide and enter quotes
• Provide product information, specifications and troubleshooting
• Provide high quality customer service
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of order management experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in the door or building industry is a plus
