Saint Alphonsus is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant supporting our Community Health, Mission, and Foundation leaders. This full time position (40hrs a week, typically M-F 8:30-5pm)is benefit eligible and will be located in Boise, Idaho.
As an Administrative Assistant you will p rovide administrative support typically for director level and above and may support multiples as necessary. Provides supports through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. May, on occasion, be asked to serve as backup to other Administrative Assistants others or be asked to mentor and train other individuals. Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Schedules meetings and ensures leader(s)’ calendars are up to date.
