SUMMARY
The Perioperative Nursing Assistant /Secretary is responsible for a variety of activities involving perioperative assistive duties as assigned (ie, transporting patients, vital signs, performs urine pregnancy test, discontinuing IV’s etc…). Performs clerical duties as assigned. Performs housekeeping duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum high school education. Recent nursing assistant experience. Strong clerical skills including computer experience, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills a must. Related experience preferred.
