RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree and One Year of direct care experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 2 years of direct care experience.

• Valid Driver license – adhere to the Driver Authorization and Adherence Policy Number: 1.H.10.b-c (located on the “G” Drive Policy and Procedures – Section 1 Administrative Standards

• Act 33/34/73 clearances to be updated every 60 months at the employee’s expense

SCHEDULE/SHIFT (NON-EXEMPT)

Sunday – Thursday 3PM-11PM (37.5 hour work week)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our RESIDENTIAL LEAD SPECIALISTS are responsible for the coordination, oversight, quality control, and accountability of the daily shift activities of our residential programs. We’re looking for people who are organizational masters – developing operational schedules, creating reports and program chore/responsibility charts, facilitating communication between shifts, training staff, and ensuring that internal/external program standards are preformed according to regulatory standards and maintaining quality assurance.

ABOUT YOU

You might cook, clean, bathe, manage medications, take residents to appointments, interact with family members, and design games and crafts. You will also be the go-to person for information and to provide help to your peers. You will help the supervisor train new employees and will have more responsibility with administrative tasks and reports. We’re looking for employees who are professional, flexible, compassionate, and can remain composed in stressful situations.
