JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing and maintaining brand awareness and reputation of the hotel and restaurant. You will be assisting the Marketing Manager and all departments with concept and/or content ideation and creative execution.

This is a busy and varied role in a team with a fun, positive and family focused dynamic. You’ll ideally be a bubbly, efficient and highly capable person with proven marketing experience, and a polished and professional approach. 

This is a part time role, 3 days per week on a fixed term for 6 months initially with potential for an extension or permanent employment. A large part of role is consulting with Trinity Wharf’s Marketing Manager whilst they’re on maternity leave.

This role may be suitable for a freelancer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will assist the Marketing Manager with:

• Social Media community management
• Updating of Website content
• Graphic design
• E-mail marketing
• Liaising with media around ad bookings
• Monitoring the marketing budget and spend
• Performance analysis
• Marketing of internal events and coordination with hotel departments
• Coordinating photoshoots
• Influencer enquiries and relationships

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven marketing experience (analog and digital), ideally with emphasis on strong brief writing and ROI principles.
• Very good written & verbal English is essential.
• Graphic Design skills and experience using Adobe Suite tools favourable.
• Understanding of content writing for Search Engine Optimisation.
• Social Media understanding (TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook).
• Preferable experience in using Content Management Systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities.
• Project coordination skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Experience with copywriting would be favourable
• Team player, establishment and excellence. Positive attitude, outgoing friendly personality.
