We are seeking a Unit Secretary for our 5th Floor Intermediate Care Unit to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary:

• You will process orders in computer accurately with attention to detail and you will compile chart packets and routes forms accordingly.

• You will answer telephones and all inquiries in an attentive and helpful manner using scripted greeting. You will notify appropriate personnel of STAT orders immediately.

• You will greet visitors, families and physicians in a timely manner and giving full attention to their needs and questions.

• Promotes compliance with Nursing Patient Safety Goals, core measures and regulatory requirements.

• You will maintain medical records and chart supplies and complete daily charges accurately.

• You will promote customer service initiatives along with Skyline Medical Center Service Values.

TriStar Skyline Medical Center is Tennessee’s first comprehensive stroke center and a national leader in neuroscience. The facility is equipped with 233 beds and offers a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation and emergency services.
