About the Job

In this highly visible role you will enjoy partnering and engaging with stakeholders right across our business. You will be empowered with the autonomy and support to really make this role your own. The varied role touches all elements of HR, and some key responsibilities include:

• Providing coaching, support and advice to mid-senior level leaders across the full employee lifecycle
• Leading our annual performance and remuneration process
• Creating and facilitating targeted leadership and core HR training as we are committed to developing our people
• Leading and supporting a range of interesting people related projects and initiatives to build on our culture
• Supporting our leaders to identify, grow and retain talent
• Championing our Wellbeing Programme

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and solutions focussed Business Partner to join our supportive team of five. Our team is dedicated to adding value to our stakeholders and doing our part to ensure our business achieves its strategic objectives. Key to your success will be:

• 2-3 years experience business partnering with mid-senior level managers
• Comfortable leading informal and formal employee relations issues when necessary, with a solid knowledge of HR legislation and best practice
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous experience, or a keen interest in learning and development
• Pragmatic and curious mindset
