Warehouse Production Administrator, Sherwood Park

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

This is a key role in the organization. We are looking for someone who is highly focused on the administrative function and tasks in a feed manufacturing plant. It’s a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, great organizational skills and ability to prioritize your workload.

• Assist with processing daily production records such as manufacturing, packaging, bag waste records.
• Support teams with auditing various records such as load-out sequence and pellet mill records
• Participate in reviewing, researching and reconciling inventory

• Support the Plant Manager by creating spreadsheets, documents and reports
• Support continuous improvement plans and change
• Take and process orders. Provide coverage for team members in Customer Service

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

• Grade 12+ education. Relevant experience in a feed manufacturing environment would be considered an asset
• Knowledge in inventory control considered an asset
• Proficiency in MS office applications, Numerical accuracy / Mathematical aptitude
• Strong judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
