True Manufacturing Hiring for Summer Temp Production Team Member at O’Fallon, MO Full Time

True Manufacturing is hiring temporary summer employees at our manufacturing plant in O’Fallon, MO beginning in May 2022! Our summer temps can choose from any of the schedule options listed below and must commit to working for at least 8 weeks. All shifts pay $20/hour!

• Day Shift – Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Night Shift – Monday-Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Weekend Warrior (Full-time) – Friday-Sunday from 5:40 AM to 6:10 PM.
• Weekend Warrior (Part-time) – Friday-Sunday; Must work a minimum of 2 days/8 hours per day (flexible hours)
• 2 Day Part-Time Shift – Monday & Tuesday, Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 3 Day Part-Time Shift – Work any 3 days of your choice between Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 4 Day Part-Time Shift – Monday-Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or 4:15 PM to 7:45 PM

Summer Temp Production Team Members must be physically able to stand for the required hours of the workday on a cement floor. In addition, this position requires use of vibrating and air-powered (pneumatic) tools, sustained overhead lifting activities, prolonged or sustained repetitive grasping and/or gripping with hands, and sustained repetitive bending of the wrists.

Team members are required to follow all company safety rules, wear safety glasses, ear plugs and other necessary safety equipment to prevent injuries. Team members are also required to follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions. Team members must be able to move to any part of the plant where needed to maintain production.

Responsibilities:

• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 60 pounds as needed for production.
• Frequent physical lifting, bending, twisting and stooping, and repetitive hand motions including gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements.
• Assemble parts using appropriate hand tools such as air guns, power drills and power screw drivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
• Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues from inside and outside of unit.
• Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.
• Work in a team environment and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.
• Prior factory experience is a plus.
• Prior experience working outdoors or with tools is a plus.

Hours may vary by up to 15 minutes.

Voluntary or Mandatory Overtime are at the company’s discretion.
