Receptionist / Office Manager

A high-end acupuncture clinic in Cherry Creek seeks a motivated and reliable full-time receptionist and office manager. This individual would support four busy acupuncturists in a calm spa-like environment, and be central to our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and scheduling patients for 4 practitioners

• Filing and maintaining our patient database

• Receiving payment and maintaining invoices (working with Microsoft Word/Excel)

• Answering phone calls & emails

• Assisting and coordinating practitioners (e.g., managing room availability)

• Basic housekeeping

• Using general office equipment (credit card machine, copier, fax, etc.)

We are seeking someone who is reliable, organized, efficient, and professional. The ideal candidate will also be a honest team player and be interested in a healthy, natural lifestyle.

Strong customer service is a must and college education preferred. Prior experience with acupuncture is not required; we will train the right person. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Pay ranges from $22 – $26 / hour depending on experience. Benefits include:

This is a full-time position. Clinic hours are typically 8:15 am to 5:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with shorter hours on Wednesdays.
