Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Attorneys, Lenders, and Developers.
Develop sales relationships.
Track and report appointments
Collaborate with management on Business Development.
Contribute to management evaluations
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in real estate title
Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of accountability
Strong attention to detail
Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently
Creative problem-solving skills
Travel when necessary
High energy, a positive attitude a must
Team Player and strong negotiation skills
