Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Order entry
• Matching Purchase orders to sales orders
• Order tracking
• Working within our CRM tool (NetSuite)
• Managing the entire workflow process for purchase orders, sales orders and invoices
• Working with distributors on purchase orders and invoices
• Verifying orders, pricing, items and shipping

Listens to input, feedback and concerns, incorporating this information into valid actions and applications. Responds with prompt action and in a positive manner.
Teamwork/Relationships : Able to work with other employees, vendors and customers in settings ranging from one-on-one to large, multi-department groups, while showing a willingness and spirit of cooperation for any given project or initiative. Consistently embraces a positive outlook and a commitment level of teamwork centered on growing and supporting our business and departmental goals.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
