We are seeking to add a Data Entry to our local and over the road dispatch and customer service team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Experience or familiarity with the trucking world is a plus. Ability to learn computer systems is critical. Ability to ask questions and seek answers is critical. Be proactive. Do not rely on others to complete your tasks.

Our customers range from residential homes, residential complex, warehouses, small businesses to large commercial shopping centers.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology and trucking terminology.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
