What You’ll Do
Are you looking for an opportunity to help shape the university recruiting programs targeting the future leadership of a global organization? You’ll work with the recruitment team during the recruitment and selection process and coordinate panel interviews. Once the cohort is selected, you’ll support the planning, scheduling, and execution of onboarding, training, and more for interns and Talent Accelerator Program participants. You’ll provide administrative support for the programs from creating marketing assets such as newsletters to executing engagement events to coordinating mentors for the participants.

You’ll report to the Supervisor – University Programs. You’re an important contributor directly improving the candidate and employee experience for the university program participants.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Set up all training for participants including scheduling meetings, coordinating development and more
• Order welcome gifts for participants
• Design and distribute surveys to other teams
• Collaborate with design team to create program materials (for example, recruiting flyers, brochures)
• Work with Talent Acquisition Marketing team to update University Programs website with new content
• Gather and maintain program participants’ information
• Manage the University Programs internal SharePoint page
