Responsibilities:
General clerical duties e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception service duties, sorting and logging post.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite in particular word processing/excel.
Dealing with the public – meet and greet.
Managing data, including the processing and entry of data.
Managing clinical appointments – including the booking, arranging, rescheduling of appointments.
Filing and scanning of Department files.
Maintaining accurate up to date records, both computerised and paper copy filing systems in a thorough and organised manner.
Assisting and preparing documents for meetings if required.
Any other duties assigned.
Essential Criteria:
Minute taking experience
Typing skills
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Must have excellent IT and MS Office skills particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills.
Dictaphone typing experience would be beneficial
