Tū Ora Compass Health New Zealand Looking for Clinical Services Team Lead – Wairarapa at Masterton, Wellington, New Zealand Full Time

A rare opportunity has opened within the Tū Ora team, based in Wairarapa for a Clinical Services Team Lead. This role will lead our clinical services that currently operate in the Wairarapa, including our Immunisation Service, Former Refugee Health Service, Community Diabetes and Respiratory service, as well as the general oversight of the day-to-day running of the clinical services in Wairarapa.

The role will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, reporting and strategic planning for clinical services alongside the General Manager for Wairarapa.

Our ideal candidate should have;

• At least five years’ experience in clinical work
• Highly organised and skilled problem solver, able to operate over multiple areas
• Strong leadership skills, able to mentor, support and motivate a range of clinical services
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and contract owners.
• Strong understanding of the health needs of various communities, and how approaches can vary to ensure we reach those communities
• Able to think strategically and outside the box to achieve goals
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how it’s applied within the health sector
