The successful candidate will be joining small team of dynamic professionals representing a multinational company across North America. The candidate will be a key member of the commercial team and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing the sale of projects, building and maintaining customer relationships, and generally contributing to drive new business for ENERCON in North America.
Main responsibilities:
Meet with customers, developing strong working relationships at all levels of the organization [CEO’s, technical representatives, procurement professionals etc .]
Act as ENERCON’s ambassador towards government entities, renewable energy associations, consultants, financiers and the general public
Develop sales and market entry strategies for markets across North America
Prepare commercial proposals for the sale of wind energy converters,
O&M services, and financial products and respond to calls for tenders ;
Negotiate Contracts
Assess the financial viability and competitiveness of projects throughout the market
Conduct market analysis through financial models and detailed reports ;
Prepare technical presentations for customers, consultants, banks, and other entities
Use CRM to track various sales activities and report on them
The Ideal Candidate Has :
Bachelor of Engineering [Mechanical, Electrical, Civil etc.] or Bachelor of Commerce with a demonstrated technical background ;
3 to 5 years working experience in related fields [sales, engineering, renewables, business consulting, etc . ]
Autonomous, proactive, confident and promotes teamwork
Strong interpersonal skills
Great communicator who can demonstrate the ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented and organized
Good knowledge of financial models
Experience in consultative sales a plus
Required languages : English and French, Spanish or German a plus
Frequent travel in Canada, USA, and Europe [approximately 25%]
