About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time, freelance SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our own website to improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This position offers flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.

What You’ll Do:

At Turn, you’ll be dividing up your time between receiving the Product team’s requirements, capturing and prioritizing them, and getting the requirement production-ready. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms that address complex challenges in the AI worker sourcing domain.

You’ll also be expected to work independently and be self-sufficient, build your own models, deploy them, and be responsible for their predictions and classifications.

What You’ll Need:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify valuable SEO opportunities.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and backlink building.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed, and provide solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure optimal website performance.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
• Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Use SEO tools and software to streamline processes and enhance SEO performance.
