Turn2Partners Hiring for Collections Specialist at McLean, VA Full Time

On behalf of our client a Software company located in Tysons, VA we are looking for ​a Collections Specialist to join their team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from business to business customers. This opportunity is on a hybrid scale and requires the ability to commute and work from their Tysons Corner office three days a week. Compensation for this opportunity is up to $30.00 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Find and inform businesses about unpaid accounts
• Receive and post payment to customer’s account
• Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
• Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
• Keep records and status of customer’s account

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
