Summary: Turtle Beach, the #1 brand in Gaming Audio is growing its business in Latin and South America. This roles’ primary focus will be on growing the Turtle Beach branded Console (PlayStation and Xbox) Audio Business, but will also include ROCCAT, our award-winning PC gaming peripherals brand. The successful candidate will support the Sales Account Manager (based in Mexico), by planning and executing marketing programs to grow brand awareness and sales of our products throughout Latin and South America. The role will focus on the following areas of marketing.

• Influencer Marketing: Build local relationships and partnerships with gaming content creators/influencers, to evangelize and promote our Brands and Products across local and global social media channels. Leverage the Brands’ existing partnerships with Global influencers locally.

• Trade Marketing: Assist the Sales team with the creation and distribution of go-to-market product assets, as well as with in-store retail displays, to facilitate sell-in and sell-through. Support Sales with Product and Brand presentations to key accounts and partners.

• Social Media Management: Work with the US-based social media team on the management of the social media calendar, repurposing, editing, and executing local market plans, ensuring content and messaging is culturally relevant and properly translated for Latin American audiences. Share and promote content across partner, retailer, and influencer channels.

• Digital/eComm: Work closely with the HQ digital team to create local assets and manage the website CMS to ensure timely and relevant content and promotions are posted. In collaboration with the digital team, prepare and present local analytics and reporting on local eCommerce.

• Event support: Attendance and support of in-market trade, consumer, and gaming events, including contributing to booth set-up and management during shows, supporting sales and marketing on the scheduling and management of meeting calendars.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in identifying and understanding the landscape of current and up-and-coming popular gaming, tech, and pop culture (sports and entertainment) content creators in LATAM, on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Understanding and negotiating fair market compensation for new partners and evaluating compensation and performance of deliverables on renewal contracts for our existing partners.
• Train and utilize existing Influencer Marketing tools to build reports and analyze metrics to validate recommendations for new talent and evaluate existing talent.
• Fulfillment and management of product sample needs for partners and retailers.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of product asset packages, consumer-facing content, and marketing materials at key retail accounts and/or 3rd party retail syndicated affiliates.
• Manage paid consumer review opportunities at key retail accounts (through a 3rd party companies).
• Work with the US-based brand/creative and media teams, to develop and deliver retail and consumer-facing advertising assets.
• Execute in-store marketing programs including corrugate and interactive displays.
• Work with the US-based social media team to repurpose consumer-facing product and marketing content in Spanish, across Turtle Beach social media accounts in LATAM (and creating unique local accounts where necessary).
• Some travel will be expected within various Latin/South American territories (and potentially to the US HQ), accompanying the sales team to retail meetings or conferences, and attending influencer content productions/appearances.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Equivalent College Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years Marketing experience, and a plus if you know of:
• Xbox, PlayStation, and PC gaming industry.
• Retailers where gaming products are sold in Latin America.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships.
• Strong analytical skills including preparation of reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding and familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
• Ability to negotiate fair market pricing/terms with talent and 3rd party vendors.
• Demonstrable capabilities in creating and managing marketing plans and brand activations.
• Experience managing and maximizing budgets.
• Ability to react quickly and excel within a rapid pace of constantly changing trends in gaming and the retail landscape.
• Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task on numerous simultaneous projects
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• A valid passport and legal ability to travel to countries in Latin and South America and potentially the US.
