We are currently looking for a new colleague to advise the parents of our students towards the best service for their children. An overview of your day:

• Providing future clients (via phone and email) information about our services
• Advise families on the most appropriate service for their needs
• Following up on leads on a weekly basis.
• Open client files
• Assist management in all other related tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Above all, a good personality and strong communication skills
• Have a good autonomy of work
• Since this is a fully remote position, it is necessary to have a computer and a strong internet connection
• Experience in customer service (an asset)
• Experience in sales (an asset)
