Twin Buttes Dental Hiring for Front Desk Associate Job at Durango, CO Full Time

Twin Buttes Dental is seeking the right person to complete our front office team. We are a professional, hardworking, and welcoming office. Candidate must have 1 year + front desk experience. Dental experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. The position requires attention to detail, multitasking, reliability, communication skills and integrity, all the while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and office information. Duties include:

• Answering phones, scheduling, troubleshooting, follow up.
• Greeting patients, making them feel welcome, gathering paperwork, ensuring proper hand off to dental staff
• Communicating with staff members to ensure proper patient check out, taking payment, scheduling new treatment or follow up visit.
• Submitting accurate claims through our dental practice software
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, scanner, fax and ability to learn our dental practice software.
• Calling insurance companies as needed to trouble shoot claims.
• Tasks as needed around the office such as watering plants, keeping waiting room tidy.

The ideal candidate is looking for a stable and rewarding career for the next 3-5 years or more.

25-35 hours/ week. Benefits for 32 hours/week +. If you are only seeking 3 days a week and are the right fit for our office, we can make that work.
Pay is $18-$22 Depending on Experience. There is room to grow in this position.
